Happy Holidays

Hello!

So, my first NaNoWriMo didn’t go to plan. It was as difficult as I thought it would be, but I managed to write more in a month than I usually would. I probably got a little over halfway that with chosen project. For the time being that particular project has been put to one side while I work on a couple of other stories.

I find the maddening method of working across several stories helps me from burning out. Something about switching between different characters and plots keeps me on my toes and sometimes coming back to a story I get a fresh burst of inspiration.

On a personal note, summer is finally making its presence known here, and Christmas is my favourite time of year, so I’ll be taking a few days off to enjoy being with my family and everything delightful Christmas represents to me. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and as always hope a better and brighter new year for us all.
